Objective To explore the differential diagnosis value of acoustic radiation force impulse(ARFI)classification adjustment for BI-RADS 4 breast lesions.Methods Virtual touch tissue imaging(VTI)and virtual touch tissue quantification imaging(VTQ)were used to examine 201 patients with BI-RADS4 breast lesions which were assessed by conventional ultrasonography before puncture biopsy or operation,and then VTI combined with VTQ was applied to adjust conventional ultrasonic BI-RADS 4 breast lesions' classification.Postoperative pathological results were golden standard,which was used to compare the diagnostic value of BI-RADS classification,VTI,VTQ and VTI combined with VTQ for BI-RADS 4 benign and malignant breast lesions.Results The sensitivity of BI-RADS classification,VTI,VTQ and VTI combined with VTQ diagnosed BI-RADS 4 benign and malignant breast lesions were 69.6%?87.2%?79.2%?87.2%;specificity were 85.5%?67.1%?81.6%?88.2%;area under receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC)were 0.814,0.807,0.851,0.927.Respectively,a method of VTI combined with VTQ were compared with the first three methods,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion ARFI can objectively evaluate the relative hardness of breastlesions,ARFI in classification adjustment has significant value for differential diagnosis of BI-RADS 4 benign and malignant breast lesions. |
