Objective To measure the 3D coordinates of landmarks in the hard tissue of the craniofacial among the different vertical facial types adults of Han nationality in Liaoning by the reconstruction of 3D face and skull according to CT.The different vertical facial types skull FM obtained by EDMA,analysis differences between different vertical facial types of hard tissue.and provided data support for different vertical facial types crowd to develop individualized orthodontic and surgical plan design related parts.Methods According to a certain standard sample of 90 adults of Han nationality in Liaoning laboratory obtained by CT three-dimensional volumetric scanning subjects craniofacial data(low-angle:29 cases,normal: 47 cases and high:30 cases).Craniofacial data were obtained by CT three-dimensional volume scanning,and then all the CT data were processed using VG Studio MAX 2.2 software.3D skull were reconstructed,and 3D coordinate for 17 landmarks of mid face bone,13 landmarks of mid face bone were measuring through the software.The different shapes of the mid face bone and mandible of adults with various vertical facial types were analyzed and bootstrap nonparametric test was conducted by Win EDMA1.0.1.Results 1.Facial surface of adults with different vertical types in central Liaoning Han differential display: high angle group than the group non-parametric bootstrap test for T=1.867,P=0.005;low angle group than the group non-parametric bootstrap test for T=1.658,P=0.034;high angle group than low angle group bootstrap test for T=2.278,P=0.001.Show that appearance of adults with different vertical facial types in Central Liaoning Han were significantly different.2.Liaoning Han adult mandibular morphology with different vertical facial types displayed: high angle group than the group non-parametric bootstrap test for T=1.398,P=0.035;low angle group than the group non-parametric bootstrap test f or T=1.443,P= 0.029;high group than low angle group bootstrap test for T=1.826,P=0.001;shows that adults with different vertical facial types of mandible of Han nationality in Liaoning province patterns were significantly different.Conclusions 1.Craniofacial morphology with different vertical facial types in adults of Han n ationality in Liaoning province has significant differences;2.Different vertical bone surface of the crowd in the middle of the difference.In accordance with the high angle to the low angle of the order: the vertical direction gradually higher and gradually narrow the horizontal direction,zygomatic point and zygomatic point relative to the skull line distance gradually larger。There were differences in the location of the inferior orbital region in different vertical skeletal groups.3.The mandibular ramus was gradually widened in the order of the high angle to the low angle in different vertical skeletal groups.The relative position of the mandibular ramus was different.Compared with the angle group,the condylar angle and the coracoid angle of the high angle group were larger.
