Comparison Of Efficacy And Safety Of Laparoscopic Radical Gastrectomy And Open Surgery For Gastric Stump Cancer

Objective Through the comparison of our hospital during the same period of laparoscopic gastric stump cancer radical resection and traditional open resection of gastric stump cancer,to evaluate the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic surgery for gastric stump cancer.Method From January 2012 to June 2016 in our hospital underwent radical surgery for gastric stump cancer in 24 cases the data as the research object.According to the different operation mode is divided into laparoscopic surgery group(10 cases)and laparotomy group(14 cases).The two groups were observed and compared the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,gastrointestinal function recovery time,first ambulation time,postoperative hospitalization time and perioperative complications.Result The blood loss,gastrointestinal function recovery time and the time of getting out of bed in the laparoscopic group and open surgery patients showed statistically significant differences(P < 0.05);two groups were compared operative time,postoperative hospitalization time difference.No statistically significant.A case of complications occurred in the laparoscopic group;3 cases of postoperative complications of laparotomy group.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for recurrent gastric cancer has less trauma,less bleeding and quicker postoperative recovery.It should be further popularized...
