| Objective:It is widely recognized that pains after surgery which increasingly become more and more important are the focus attention among clinical nursing. However, strategies about pains control increasingly become international research hot point, and which is relative to patients themselves involving pains control. To investigate the situation about strategies of pains control after LC among patients in hefei,so as to analyse influncing factors on which patients how to cope with,in order to provide reference for clinical nursing and help patients positively cope with pains, which better involve pains control by themselves.Method:By means of crossing sectional study and convenient sampling, randomly investigating patients among three general hospitals in hefei which including dependent variable:postoperative pain management strategies questionnaire, predictive variables:general information questionnaire, pain intensity questionnaire and self-efficacy of pain questionnaire through literature review and theoretical study, research variables and investigation tools.SPSS18.0 software were adoped for statistics. The influence factors on adoption of strategies about pains control among patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy were analyzed by using univariate analysis,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis method.Results:1.The conditions of restive pains after LC in 24 hours were measured by the levels of pains scoring from 0 score to 10 scores(3.91±1.61).It demonstrates that 110 patients(39.3%)feel slight painful,145 patients(52.5%)feel moderate painful,20 patients(7.2%)feel severe painful, and 1 patient(0.4%)feel acute painful.2.The scores among 276 patients after LC in 24 hours were as follows:pain control strategy scored as 68.23±18.69,distraction mostly adopted in frequency(20.0±6.24),while catastrophizing is the least adoped(6.54±3.83).3.Univariate analysis about multiple dimensions of pain-fighting strategy after LC demonstrates that gender, educational background, drug analgesic way, occupation, monthly income,self-efficacy of pain have significant difference(P<0.05).4.Multiple stepwise regression analysis about total score of pain Fighting strategyafter LC demonstrated that educational background, drug analgesic way, occupation, monthly income,self-efficacy of pain have significant difference(P<0.05).The result shows that three factors influence the regression equation by using total score of pain-fighting strategy as dependent variable. It shows that the influence factors which include the way of drug to relieve pains,self-efficacy to control pains and the degree to receive education are in sequence by influencing degree from standardized partial regression coefficient. Conclusion:It is unsatisfactory to control rest pain in 24 hours after LC currently.Although most patients generally suffer from slight and moderate pain, the incidence is 100%.The patients after LC are relatively positive to control pain. The higher they feel self-efficacy of pain, the less they use passive catastrophization strategy according to the analysis of the influence factors of pain-fighting strategy. This study can screen from some passive patients after LC and provide suggestions for making specific intervention strategy against postoperative pain,so as to help patients better involve in their pain management clinically from passive to positive, relieve the degree of pain after LC,inhance comfortable, decrease the incidence of pain after LC and positively participate in multi-mode pain management. |
