Objective:To study the application value of analysis in distinguishing different pathological types of lung cancer(including small cell lung cancer,lung adenocarcinoma,lung squamous cell carcinoma,large cell lung cancer)by gemstone spectral imaging.Materials and Methods:Retrospective analysis of 106 patients with lung cancer(including small cell lung cancer,lung adenocarcinoma,lung squamous cell carcinoma,large cell lung cancer)confirmed by pathology during May 2015 to October 2016 in in the first people's Hospital of Jingzhou.Spectral CT imaging related parameters about NIC and calcium content,water content,effectiv-Z,slope rate of spectral curve in the enhanced CT were obtained.All the parameters were compared among different groups.Results:1.The NIC(normalized iodine concentration)of squamous squamous cell carcinomas and adenocarcinomas,small cell lung cancer,nonsmall-cell Lung cancer were 0.07±0.03,0.12±0.06,0..05±0.03,0.05±0.02,There were significant difference among squamous cell carcinomas and adenocarcinomas,squamous cell carcinomas and small cell lung cancer,squamous cell carcinomas and nonsmall-cell Lung cancer,adenocarcinomas and nonsmall-cell Lung cancer,adenocarcinomas and small cell lung cancer(P<0.05).Thhere were no significant difference between nonsmall-cell Lung cancer and small cell lung cancer(P>0.05).2.The calcium content of squamous squamous cell carcinomas and adenocarcinomas,small cell lung cancer,nonsmall-cell Lung cancer were 9.59 ± 5.29mg/ml,5.83 ±3.84mg/ml,2.65 ± 1.47mg/ml,4.08 ± 1.55mg/ml.There were significant difference among squamous cell carcinomas and adenocarcinomas,squamous cell carcinomas and small cell lung cancer,squamous cell carcinomas and nonsmall-cell Lung cancer,adenocarcinomas and nonsmall-cell Lung cancer,adenocarcinomas and small cell lung cancer(P<0.05).Thhere were no significant difference between nonsmall-cell Lung cancer and squamous cell carcinomas(P>0.05).3.The water content of squamous squamous cell carcinomas and adenocarcinomas,small cell lung cancer,nonsmall-cell Lung cancer were1060.63±34.87mg/ml,1038.56± 28.36mg/ml,1040.88 ± 17.83mg/ml,1036.84 ± 8.26mg/ml.There were significant difference among squamous cell carcinomas and adenocarcinomas,squamous cell carcinomas and small cell lung cancer,squamous cell carcinomas and nonsmall-cell Lung cancer(P<0.05).Thhere were no significant difference among nonsmall-cell Lung cancer and squamous cell carcinomas,adenocarcinomas and nonsmall-cell Lung cancer,adenocarcinomas and small cell lung cancer(P>0.05).4.The effectiv-Z of squamous squamous cell carcinomas and adenocarcinomas,small cell lung cancer,nonsmall-cell Lung cancer were7.87±0.27,8.01±0.31,7.73±0.327.90±0.46.There were significant difference among squamous cell carcinomas and adenocarcinomas,adenocarcinomas and small cell lung cancer(P<0.05).There were no significant difference among nonsmall-cell Lung cancer and squamous cell carcinomas,adenocarcinomas and nonsmall-cell Lung cancer,squamous cell carcinomas and small cell lung cancer,squamous cell carcinomas and nonsmall-cell Lung cancer(P>0.05).5.The slope rate of spectral curv between 40 Kev and 80 Kev of squamous squamous cell carcinomas and adenocarcinomas,small cell lung cancer,nonsmall-cell Lung cancer were 0.77 ± 0.49,1.28 ± 0.68,0.29 ± 0.14,0.44 ± 0.28.There were significant difference among squamous cell carcinomas and adenocarcinomas,adenocarcinomas and nonsmall-cell Lung cancer,adenocarcinomas squamous cell carcinomas and small cell lung cancer,adenocarcinomas and small cell lung cancer.Thhere were no significant difference among nonsmall-cell Lung cancer and small cell lung cancer,squamous cell carcinomas and nonsmall-cell Lung cancer.Conclusions:Different pathological types of pulmonary carcinomas have different spectrum characteristics.The iodine content of lung adenocarcinoma group was higher than that of squamous cell carcinoma,large cell lung cancer and small cell lung cancer.The average value of calcium content in lung squamous cell carcinoma group was higher than that in lung adenocarcinoma group,lung large cell lung cancer and small cell lung cancer group..Spectral CT imaging has certain clinical significance in diagnosing different pathological types of lung cancer.
