The Clinical Application Of Digital Surgical Guide In Oral Implantology

As compared to traditional ways,the digital guided implant surgery has more advantages such as improving accuracy of implant insertion,lessening the risk,minimizing the invasiveness,shortening surgery duration,and relieving pain of patients.This technique is especially suit for patients with complicated anatomy structure,requiring minimal invasive surgery,high outcome expectation,or planning to immediate restoration.This research applied digital surgical guide in four typical kinds of implantation including anterior single-tooth,free end multi-teeth,edentulous jaw and with simultaneous bone augmentation by means of most advanced workflow and technique.We tried various ways of guide supporting,contouring or augmentation of alveolar,and immediate restoration in esthetic zone.We verified the accuracy of the digital surgical guide.The ideal results of status assessment during and post surgery,clinical outcomes,as well as patients` satisfaction provided evidences for clinical promotion of t his technique.
