| Objective: To carry out health education in high school intervention activities,such as high school students before and after the intervention on AIDS related knowledge,attitude and behavior,this paper compares and analyzes the evaluation of health education effect,to provide basis for AIDS health education and prevention on high school students.Method: In order to study in the area of full-time urban high school and rural high school students in Nanchang City as a survey object,12 counties which concluded Donghu District,Gaoxin District,Honggutan area,Jingkai area,Qingshan Lake area,Qingyunpu area,Wanli area,West Lake District,Nanchang County,Jinxian County,Anyi County and Xinjian County were randomly selected 1 high school,a total of 12 high school.According to the grade stratified cluster sampling,each grade randomly sampled two classes,a total of 72 classes were drawn.To investigate by way of questionnaires for HIV / AIDS knowledge awareness,HIV / AIDS-related attitudes,HIV / AIDS risk behavior,and status and needs of HIV / AIDS health education in schools on high school students.After the completion of the baseline survey,the school organizes AIDS campaigns,which lasting one week and covering the grades and classes that have completed the baseline survey.Before and after health education activities are carried out in the form of health talks,thematic propaganda and proposition essay.Use Epidata3.1 to establish the database,with EXCEL software for data collation and Spss20.0 software for statistical analysis.Baseline survey and effect evaluation survey were selected from 3857 and 3647 high school students were surveyedResults: The basic knowledge of AIDS(81.9%),transmission knowledge(49.9%),prevention knowledge(33.6%),other related knowledge(43.8%)and total awareness rate(46.5%)were improved in different degrees after health education intervention,There were significant differences between the two groups before and after the intervention.After the intervention the attitude of high school students to HIV / AIDS / HIV / AIDS among the high school students in general has improved,and the awareness of HIV / AIDS has increased.At the same time,more people agree that AIDS patients / infected persons continue to work(42.5%)and their identity is kept secret(24.7%),willing to help and care for them(33.6%).But discrimination and fear still exist and need to further guide students to knowledge and attitude into behavior.As high school students prone to sexual impulses and AIDS risk behavior,the incidence of sexual behavior between the opposite sex Boys(6.1%)were higher than girls(3.1%)and urban students(5.0%)were higher than rural students(4.2%).Homosexual HIV / AIDS risk behavior should also be taken seriously.More than 50% of high school students for AIDS knowledge are the most demand aspects are "transmission" and "how to prevent",should strengthen the two aspects of knowledge and popularization.After the health education,the awareness rate of AIDS basic knowledge,the awareness rate of transmission knowledge,the awareness rate of prevention knowledge,the knowledge and general knowledge rate of other related knowledge were improved to different degrees,and the difference was statistically significant before and after intervention.We should pay attention to the role of health education in the high school students,the various health education methods to effectively implement.Conclusion: The awareness rate of knowledge related to health education increased significantly,the overall attitude was more positive,but the fear and discrimination attitude changed little,AIDS risk behavior is also exist.High school should play a leading role and using the corresponding form of educational activities to active in high school Health education and do a good prevention work. |
