Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the most commonly diagnosed and highly heterogeneous human cancers.Numbers of gene expression studies based on microarray technology have been performed to find out the molecular pathogenesis of HCC.However these studies still lack clear consensus in terms of the DEGs(Differentially Expressed Genes)identification and pathway enrichment. Our study is to intergate the current findings of HCC pathogenesis. We conducted a systematical search for public expression profiles and TCGA of HCC and setup a search tool in R code to share the variety of information based on meta-analysis and two pathway analysis(Gene-Set Enrichment Analysis and Fisher's exact test)using Shiny. We integrated 8 expression datasets with 1,691 human samples(including 878 cases and813 controls),and 1 TCGA dataset with 402 human samples(including 353 cases and49 controls),then established the database(HCC-DEGs).HCC-DEGs includes13,212 genes with the DEGs information of meta-analysis,and enrichment information about pathways related to HCC in each dataset. All data in HCC-DEGs are freely available for academic users, and can be accessed via https:// databases.shinyapps.io/hccdeg/.
