Clinical Study On Bushen Huazhuo Jiedu Tongluo Combined With Benner Pury In The Treatment Of Diabetic Nephropathy

AIM:To observe the protective effects of hongshen chongcao gelatin capsule,benazepril or therapeutic alliance on earlier period of diabetic nephropathy sufferers.Methods:Earlier period of diabetic nephropathy sufferers who visited to Yanbian University Hospital and Changchun University of TCM from October,2012 to March,2014and eliminate patients who complicating with to double heart and renal inadequacy,myocardial infarction,nephros duty depletion,asthma,pulmonary infection,advanced stage malignant tumor,et al and AER was among 20～200μg/min,which were divided into 4 groups by random sampling.Discern is control group(CG,n=20),bushenhuazhuojiedutongluofa gelatin capsule group(HG,n=20),benazepril group(BG,n=20)and therapeutic alliance group(AG,n=20).The four groups were not significantly different which in gender,age,course of DM,course of DN,FBG on admission,et al(P>0.05).Besides the same measures of diet regulation,exercise,education,hypoglycemic and symptomatic treatment applied,CG was administered to underlaying treatment;HG was administered to bushenhuazhuojiedutongluofa gelatin capsule;BG was administered to benazepril and AG was given to patients in the HG and BG groups additionally.The treatment course was 2 months.The changes before and after treatment of symptoms and signs,determine glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),blood fat(TG,triglyeride;TC,total cholesterol;L-LDL,low-density lipoprotein),24h urinary protein(24h Upro)were observed.Results①HG was as same as BG,but AG was better than HG and BG.②CG and BG were no effects on blood fat,but HG and AG were well done in it.③ 24hUpro decreased in bushenhuazhuojiedutongluofa gelatin capsule,benazepril and therapeutic alliance,and therapeutic alliance was superior to that in the HG and BG.HbAlc decreased in HG and AG,BG was no effections.Conclusion:Bushenhuazhuojiedutongluofa gelatin capsule alliance benazepril on earlier period of diabetic nephropathy sufferers were better than unity Bushenhuazhuojiedutongluofa gelatin capsule and single benazepril.
