BackgroundGraphene,a new-type two-dimensional single atomic layer structure nanomaterial, was first fabricated through mechanical stripping method and reported by professor Geim of Manchester university in 2004.Based on its ultra-high specific surface area(theory of specific surface area: 2630 m2/g),graphene can easily absorb metal nanoparticles, fluorescent molecules and drug, etc.Owning to its strong van der Waals force, the application of the Graphene is greatly restricted for its easy aggregation and hydrophobic property hydrophilic. The Graphene oxide(GO),with graphene's original layer structure and its new oxygen based moieties as carboxyl, hydroxyl or epoxy group, etc.,can easily absorb metal nanoparticles on its large surface, thus it can demonstrates special physicochemical property and biocompatibility.Magnetic nanoparticles, with their small size, large specific surface area, good biocompatibility and super-paramagnetism,has been widely been used in biological medicine area, especially in the target delivery system. As a natural and cheap anticancer activity, curcumin has poor water solubility and low bioavailability. So to increase its water solubility and improve its bioavailability has become a hot research topic.ObjectiveTo prepare the curcumin naoparticals in the magnetic graphene oxide carrier and so as to provide theoretical foundation and application to hydrophobic in magnetic GO.MethodMagnetic graphene oxide(MGO)nanoparticles was prepared via a simple and low cost chemical coprecipitation method,in which the curcumin was successful loaded. The nanoparticles were characterized by FT-IR,Malvern ZS-90,TEM,TGA,DSC and UV etc. Results and ConclusionCurrcumin loaded in MGO(CUR-MGO)was successfully prepared by physical absorption. The recovery rate test 102% and RSD 0.47% testified that the method is valid. Results showed that the content of CUR in CUR-MGO was 4.61%.In vitro release test results showed that the release could be influenced by pH environment release.
