ObjectiveThis paper aims to carry out X-ray graphs for the brains of teenagers living in Kunming,Yunnan Province,aged 14.0-18.9 years of age,without major diseases and abnormal skeletal development.The epiphyseal healing of the radius and ulnar of the Han and male adolescents in the Kunming area and the epiphyseal of the first metacarpal metaphyseal,the third,fifth metacarpal metacarpal,The epiphyseal healingof the phalanx was analyzed.According to theepiphyseal healing of the Han and male adolescents,the radius and ulna of Kunming,Yunnan Province,and the epiphyseal healing of the first metacarpal metaphyseal,the third,fifth metacarpal metacarpal Bone age and actual age were compared and analyzed at the same time with the current use of bone age identification criteria for comparative analysis to explore the Kunming area of Kunming,Yunnan,as well as female adolescents wrist epiphyseal development and characteristics,and thus further for the young people in Yunnan Province,the bone age identification work provides technical and theoretical support.MethodsKnown for 299 patients aged between 14.0-18.9 years old observer of wrist of ordinary X-ray plain film,according to zhonghua 05 for bone age of bone age evaluation method to determine the required wrist epiphyseal growth situation of the index to observe,and then according to the zhonghua 05 bone age evaluation method for the wrist in radial and ulnar epiphyseal condition and the first metacarpal bone healing epiphyseal,the third,fifth metacarpal epiphyseal,near phalanx of epiphyseal,section phalanx epiphyseal,far phalanx of epiphyseal healing of grading to 299 cases of han nationality teenagers wrist epiphyseal healing of grouping according to the analysis.Teenagers in yunnan kunming area by a preliminary investigation of the characteristics of the epiphyseal growth as well as on the development degree of difference.Statistical analysis of the results by SPSS 17.0 software related.ResultsAfter reading sheet,Kunming male adolescents wrist distal radial epiphysis,ulna distal epiphysis of the first metacarpal epiphysis,third and fifth metacarpal epiphysis,epiphysis proximal phalanx,middle phalanx epiphysis,epiphyseal closure of the distal phalanx average age respectively 18.0,17.8,14.9,15.2,15.3,15.0,15.0.Kunming female adolescent wrist distal radial epiphysis,ulna distal epiphysis of the first metacarpal epiphysis,third and fifth metacarpal epiphysis,proximal phalanx epiphysis,in phalanx epiphysis,the average age of the distal phalanx epiphyseal closure were 16.8,15.7,13.0,14.8,15.0,13.5,12.8.ConclusionsThe epiphyseal healing of the radius and ulnar of the wrist and the femur of the male and female in the Kunming area of Yunnan Province were compared with those of the first metacarpal epiphyseal,the Ⅲ,Ⅴ metacarpal metacarpal,the metacarpal.(1)The bones development rate and skeletal healing of Han female adolescents were higher than those of male adolescents in the same age group,according to the age of 14.0-18.9.Female adolescents distal metaphyseal ulnar,ulna distal epiphyseal,first metacarpal metaphyseal,third,Ⅴ metacarpal metacarpal,near the phalanx epiphysis,middle finger phalanx,distal section of the epiphyseal closure of the average age than male adolescents in advance 1.2,2.1,1.9,0.4,0.3,1.5,2.2 years old.(2)Under the same age,the indexes of the wrist of male adolescents in Kunming in 14.0-18.9 years were compared with those in the Chinese 05 bone age score:the distal metaphyseal ulnar,the first metacarpal metaphyseal,the Ⅲ,Ⅴ Metacarpal epiphyseal,proximal segmental epiphyseal,middle finger phalanx epiphyseal mean closed age than the Chinese 05 bone age score in the standard in advance 0.2,0.1,0.3,0.5,0.5 years,the distal radius epiphyseal and distal segmental epiphyseal mean age Both are the same.(3)In the same age,the indexes of the wrist of female adolescents in Kunming area were compared between 14.0 and 18.9 years old.The results showed that the metaphyseal radius of the distal radius,the epiphyseal ulnar,Metacarpal metacarpal,proximal segmental phalanx,middle finger phalanx,distal segmental epiphyseal mean closed age than the Chinese 05 bone age score in the standard in advance 0.2,0.3,0.2,0.1,0.5,0.2 years old,the first metacarpal epiphyseal The average age is the same.Therefore,it can be concluded that the skeletal development of Han Chinese and female adolescents in the Kunming area of 14.0-18.9 years of age is in advance compared with the Chinese 05 standard in the same age.
