Ganershu sustained-releasing pellets,consisting of the total flavonoids,total saponins,total alkaloid sand total organic acids,belongs to sustained-release formulations of traditional Chinese medicine.The issues are surrounding the Ganershu sustained-releasing pellets vitro evaluation studies which is multiple indicators,it explores the release behavior evaluation mode which is suitable for the characteristics of Chinese herbal compound sustained-release formulations.Evaluation of sustained-release formulations of traditional Chinese medicine in vitro release is not a substitute for a chemical composition,and therefore this article select multiple indicators and multiple measurement method.In order to establish a comprehensive evaluation method of release,it combined with fingerprinting and made use of mathematical models,we can comprehensive evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine-Ganershu pellets in vitro release.The preparation has four effective parts,it starts with the effective parts vitro release evaluation using UV method determination.We choose the total flavonoids,total saponins,and total alkaloids in vitro release studies.Applying the evaluation method of controlled release formulations of chemical drugs,the active ingredient of the preparation was evaluated in vitro release.HPLC method was used to establish naringin,hesperidin,luteolin,licorice acid,gallic acid and paeoniflorin index components in vitro release evaluation.Fingerprint method researches the liver Ershu sustained-release pellets overall release.The release evaluation method of Compound the overall release characteristics is establishedThe fingerprint release of the ganershu pellets:The fingerprint quality control methods of the ganershu pellets was established by HPLC,23 fingerprint peak have been got by comparing with the fingerprint of different batches of sample,Naringin peak area is bigger than any other peak area in the chromatogram of the test solution,It can be used as a reference peak,each fingerprint peaks and naringin control peak area equation is obtained using the appropriate mathematical methods,which obtained the release of each common peak relative naringin in vitro evaluation.Using multi-index comprehensive evaluation method to integrate the release of effective parts,monomer active ingredients and fingerprint,we build the evaluation methods which comply with the sustained-release formulations of Chinese medicine component characteristics and overall characteristics.
