Clinical Study Of Qingjiangxiezhuo Granules In Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Disease 3-5 Period Of Kidney Deficiency,Blood Stasis And Dampness Syndrome

Objective:TO observe the clinical effect of qingjiangxiezhuo granules in treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease 3-5 period of kidney deficiency,blood stasis and dampness syndrome,and to explore its mechanism,provide new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of chronic kidney disease.Method:Will meet the inclusion criteria of 60 patients,were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,each of 30 cases.The experimental group treated with qingjiangxiezhuo granules,the control group treated with Western Medicine medicinal charcoal capsules.Two groups were treated for a period of 8 weeks.TO observe renal function in patients before and after treatment including SCr,BUN,Ccr and Hemoglobin(Hb),serum albumin(Alb),24 h urinary protein(24hUPQ),triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(CHOL),changes of Chinese medicine symptoms and syndrome score.Results:(1)Curative effect of Chinese medicine symptoms: After trentment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.10% and the control group was 71.42%.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05),showed the efficiency of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.(2)Clinical comprehensive therapeutic effect: After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.55%,the control group was 85.71%,the two groups could improve the comprehensive efficacy of the patients with chronic kidney disease.The effect between the two groups was similar,no significant difference.(3)Renal function:Blood creatinine and urea nitrogen were decreased after treatment,endogenous creatinine clearance rate was increased,indicating that both two groups can improve renal function;After treatment,urea nitrogen between the two groups were compared statistically with the significant difference(P<0.05),which showed that the experimental group was better than the control group in reducing blood urea nitrogen.(4)Hemoglobin:The hemoglobin in the experimental group increased,the control group before and after treatment were not statistically different.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),showed that the experimental group was better than the control group in increasing hemoglobin.(5)Albumin,24 h urine protein quantitative:After trentment,24 h urinary protein were decreased.Albumin increased in the experimental group and the control group did not improve significantly.The two groups had statistically significant differences in increasing albumin(P<0.05),indicating that the experimental group was better than the control group in increasing albumin.(6)Triglyceride,total cholesterol:After trentment,triglyceride and total cholesterol levels in the experimental group decreased,the control group before and after treatment were not statistically different.There was a statistically significant decrease in triglyceride and total cholesterol between two groups(P<0.05),showed that the experimental group was better than the control group in treating triglyceride and total cholesterol.Conclusion : Using qingjiangxiezhuo granules in treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease 3-5 period of kidney deficiency,blood stasis and dampness syndrome has good effect.To improve renal function and renal anemia,correct hypoproteinemia,reduce blood fat,improve symptoms,delay the progression of renal disease,and no obvious side effects.
