Study On The Preparation Technology And Quality Standard Of Jingfangxiaomei Capsule

Objectives : To study the Jingfang-xiaomei capsule has the effect of expelling wind and clearing heat,has the effect of promoting eruption and itching-stopping,and to provide it’s quality standard.Methods: This project selected and used Schizonepeta、Saposhnicovia divaricata、Radix Paeoniae Rubra 、 Sophora flavescevs and so on made capsule to treat the Pityriasis Rosea.According to the different physicochemical properties and biological activity of the traditional Chinses medicine in the prescription,take a different approach to extracted them.Schizonepeta、Saposhnicovia divaricata、Lemna minor use orthogonal design method by ethyl alcohol,in order to the Conhosh element glycosides and the 4’-O-beta-Glucopyranosyl-5-O-Methylvisamminol for the target;other traditional Chinses medicine use orthogonal design method by water,in order to the Peony gump and matrine for the target;to optimize the optimal conditions of purified process of by alcohol deposition method and chitosan flocculating method,in order to the Peony gump and matrine for the target.In order to the Moistrue absorption and Angle of reposes for the target,o optimize the optimal conditions of molding process by single factor and the central composite design-response surface method;to identificate Jingfangxiaomei capsule by TLC,to determine the content of Jingfangxiaomei capsule by HPLC.Results: The best extration process by ethyl alcohol is 70% ethyl alcohol to extrat three times,90 minutes one time;the best extration process by water is adding 12-fold water soak them one hour first,then decoct three times,one hour every time;the best purified process is concentrate the extracting solution to solid-liquid ratio is 1:4,then use 95% ethyl alcohol to text the alcohol deposition,final concentration is 70%,for 18 hours;the best molding process is excipients proportion for 2.4% dextrin、2.3%solubl starch、3.6% aerosil.Conclusion: The extraction process and preparation technology convenient and feasible,enhanced the process efficiency and product yield,as qualitative controllability provide security.
