The Clinical Investigate Of Wenyang Huoxue Decoction In Interfering Diabetic Lower Limb Arteriosclerosis Occlusion

Objective:To observe the clinical effctiveness of Wenyanghuoxue Decoction on diabetic lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion.Methods:select 60 cases of Diabetic patients with lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion that Syndrome is yang deficiency,congestion internal resistance card were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,both given the same diet,exercise,oral medicine and other basic guidance.On the basis of this treatment,the control group was treated with Tangmaikang granules,while the treatment group was treated with Wenyanghuoxue Decoction.After 8 weeks of treatment,the clinical syndromes,blood glucose and blood lipid control were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the curative effects were compared.Results:Compared with the control group(P <0.01),the effective rate of the treatment group was respectively 90% and 33%.The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Both groups were effective in reducing blood glucose,but the effect of the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05);In addition,we found that the treatment group to reduce total cholesterol in patients with the effect is better than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:Wenyang Huoxue Decoction has obvious therapeutic effect on patients with diabetes of lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans with Yang deficiency and blood stasis type,in particular,can significantly improve patients' aversion to cold limbs,numbness,tingling in the limbs and other symptoms,lowering blood glucose,total cholesterol levels.
