The Clinical Observation Of Intervertebral Foramina Scope Nucleus Pulposus Extirpation Treat Aged Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

Objective: To retrospectively study the clinical efficacy of the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in elderly patients by Percutaneous Lumbar Intervertebral Foramen,and to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods: the statistics of Shandong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital from 60 cases of disc herniation in elderly patients in December 2014 to June 2015,the age of patients should over 60 years old.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The experimental group underwent minimally invasive transforaminal endoscopic treatment.The control group was given conventional surgery(laminectomy decompression and internal fixation treatment).The intraoperative blood loss,incision length,operative time,time in bed.The VAS score,Postoperative complications and ODI index,before treatment and 3 months after treatment.standard deviation of all data((X + S)with paired t group said.Mining Test,independent sample t test or analysis of variance between groups;P>0.05 was not statistically significant,P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results:(1)all the patients in the two groups achieved satisfactory clinical results.(2)in group comparison: the preoperative,postoperative VAS score,ODI index and Postoperative complications were significantly different between the two groups(p<0.05 1-12).(3)between the two groups: traditional treatment group and transforaminal endoscopic treatment group preoperative and postoperative VAS score,ODI index,Postoperative complications was no significant difference(p>0.05 13-18);but the amount of bleeding,operative time,incision length,bed time had significant difference(p<0.05 19-20).Conclusion:(1)the two kinds of surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation in elderly patients with good clinical efficacy;(2)compared with the conventional open surgery,endoscopic technique has many advantages,such as less trauma,less bleeding,faster recovery,less postoperative complications and so on;(3)the long-term efficacy of the endoscopic technique needs further observation.
