Objective to analyse the clinical factors and the relationship with NIBP and Vimentin about recurrence and metastasis of stage Ⅱ/Ⅲ color ectal cancer patients received radical correction,to provide clinical basis for improving the prognosis of patients. Methods the study select the patients of stage Ⅱ or Ⅲ straight colon cancer from the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi Medical Unive rsity from January 1,2012 to December 31,2013,who admitted during the period and accepted colorectal cancer radical surgery. All patients were incl uded in the standard.Collect related information and analyze the related factors recurrence metastasis of colorectal.Collection of 54 cases of color ectal cancer tissue samples to examine the expression of NIBP and Vimentin,to analyze their relationships withrecurrence and metastasis and color ectal cancer staging.Kaplan Meier-method was used to survival analysis,Log-rank method compared disease-free surial,COX regression model line multi-factors statistical methods of related factors were analyzed retros pectively, hierarchical data by Spearman rank correlation analysis, four table data by chi-square test or the exact probability method. Results the log-rank disease-free survival rate of the comparis on results were: chemotherapy, preoperative serum CEA level, family histo ry,the lower the degree of differentiation, age, clinical stage, invasion depth, lymph node metastasis staging and lymph node cleaning, vascular tumor emboli, part number related to transfer Ⅱ/Ⅲ colorectal cancer recurr ence(P < 0.05);COX regression analysis showed that multiple factors differentiation degree, infiltration depth, vascular tumor emboli, preoperative serum CEA,chemotherapy or not to affect the Ⅱ/Ⅲ the post-operation relapse and metastasis of colorectal cancer patients were independent prognostic factors(P < 0.05);Course length prompt obvious correlation with the clinical stages;asnumber of chemotherapy increased, patients with postoperative recurrence and transfer in 3 years significantly reduced;NIBP,Vim entin were high expression in colorectal cancer tissue, related to clinical staging of colorectal cancer and recurrence metastasis,+ + + expression of NIBP,Vimentin at the same time compared with-~ +expression weremore likely to ocurr postoperativerecurrence. Conclusion the degree of tumor differentiation, vascular tumor emboli, infiltration depth, preoperative blood CEA,postoperative chemothe rapy is important factors in II/Ⅲ phase tumor recurrence metastasis, can consider to incorporate these factors to prognosis assessment system,we should pay attention to these factors, apply a more effective means of treatm ent;Attaches great importance to the education topeople’s health,Once fo und, they will go to hospital timely and accept medical treatment timely; As the chemotherapy treatment numbers increased, patients with recurrent transfer rate declined;NIBP and the expression of Vimentin closely associ ated with colorectal cancer staging and recurrencemetastasis, its mechanis m and clinical significance are expected tofurther research.
