| Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of fistula undermining dissection combine with thread-drawing drain of internal opening on high complex anal fistula by comparing with the therapy of low incision and suture joint high thread-drawing.Methods: Forty hospitalized cases meeting criteria were randomly divided into experimental group(n=20)and the control group(n=20),The experimental group received undermining dissection fistula joint thread-drawing drain of internal opening while the control group received low incision and suture joint high thread-drawing.To observe the curative effects, recurrence rate postoperative complications, anal function and in follow-up period in two groups.Result: The two groups were all clinical cured well(both are 100%),and no recurrence was found in follow-up six month(both are 0%).There was no statistical difference in terms of cure rate and recurrence rate(P> 0.05).There was no statistical difference in terms of urinary retention, infection, wound healing time, anal incontience(P>0.05).However,there was statistical difference in terms of postoperative pain in first day and seventh day(P<0.05),the experimental group tend to suffer less pain than the control group. There was statistical difference in terms of ARP,AMCP and RRP(P<0.05).Conclusion: Compared with the therapy of low incision and suture joint high thread-drawing.Undermining dissection fistula joint thread-drawing drain of internal opening on high complex anal fistula have the similar cure rate. But it may has less postoperative pain and more protection of anal function and anorectal muscles. |
