Objective : The purpose of this paper was to recording electrocardiogram(ECG)and skin sympathetic nerous activity(SKNA)by using conventional ECG electrodes.Contrastive analysis the relationship between the SKNA and the varielity of heart rate at usual situation,before and after cold water pressure test and VM.To find if there will find a new methods to estimate autonomic nerve function and fatal arrhythmia.Methods:Synchronous recording 17 healthy volunteers lead electrocardiogram(ecg)?and right upper limb skin autonomic nervous activity,totest the participants' variety of heart rate and SKNA which under normal circumstances or via cold water pressure test or VM.Results: In patients without heart diseases,spontaneous nerve activity can be continuously recorded,and SKNA were associated with heart rate variety.But only 10 participants finished CPT,and 12 participants finished VM.The correlation index was r CPT=0.48,r VM=0.52,P<0.05.Conclusion:SKNA can be useful in estimating sympathetic activity and be served as an indicator of fatal arrhythmia.
