Investigation On The Status Of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Knowledge Will And Training On A Park Crowd In Huai An City

Objective: Research on huaianqingpu district peoples’ cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)knowledge,rescue will and training of the the present situation;To explore the possible influence people cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)knowledge,participate in training and rescue of the will of the related factors.Provide guiding for the future to carry out the cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)training and improve the first witnesses rescue rate.Methods: With the method of random sampling,extraction of huaian qingpu district 1000 citizens as investigation object;Use cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)questionnaire survey tools and SPSS20.0 software to analyze quantitative results;Using qualitative research to analysis the influencing factors on the basis of quantitative research.Result: 1.The overall score,average score and pass rate of the people being investigated are 21.7±5.3points,21.7points and 16.5%.2.Of all the people being investigated,7.4% of people participated in the training,main in 1,2 and 3 times;Don’t know where to study,have no time,have no interest,can not find a free institutions,physical condition not allow and curriculum understand is its did not attend training factors;Different degree,age,professional people to participate in CPR training will differ significantly(P < 0.05).3.80% of the people being investigated have the will to rescue others,the proportion of the people uncertainty and do not want to rescue were18.1%and1.9%;First aid ability insufficiency,the fear and worries in a legal dispute,worry is infectious diseases,whether people complained,dare not touch the dead,self-confidence,he sense of responsibility and the psychological quality are its rescue will influence factors;Different education level and age group CPR rescue will have difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Huaian qingpu district peoples’ CPR first aid knowledge and skills is at a poor level.2.Huaian qingpu district peoples’ CPR training times and available training resources are less,but have a higher will in training.Less available training resources,don’t have any spare time and lacking of interest is the main influence factors of affecting the training.3.Huaian qingpu district peoples’ rescue will is high,but lacking self-confidence;Worry about lack of ability,be frightened by this trouble and legal disputes,whether afraid of infectious diseases,social responsibility,personal psychological are the main factors.4.Different degree,age,professional people to participate in CPR training and rescue will have difference.
