The Research On The Application Of The "Internet+Government" In The Field Of Public Service And Development Strategy

Premier Li Keqiang proposed "Internet+" concept in 2015.Then,the State Council issued "The guiding opinions on accelerating the "Internet + government service" in September 2016.The clear objectives in these opinions are as follows:By the end of 2017,the provincial(regional and municipal)People’s Government and the relevant departments of the State Council will have built an integrated online government service platform;By the end of 2020,the deep integration between the Internet and government services will have been realized.Build nationwide "Internet + government service system".Greatly enhance the intelligence of government services,to make government services more intelligent,and make it more convenient,faster and more efficient for enterprises and the masses.Therefore,what are standing in the outlet of,"Internet+" are not only Chinese market and industry,but government departments at all levels with the responsibility of public service.In China,the construction of " Internet + government affairs " is an important way in the transformation of government functions,the innovation of government management,the enhancement of the level of public services,and the strengthening of the economic regulation and market supervision.The "Internet + government affairs " into the public service system,indicates that the high-quality public services are imminent.The "Internet + government affairs" has become a new idea and way in the innovation of government public service management.It is also an important form of government public services.With the rapid development of Hohhot’s economy and the continuous progress of the government transformation,the contradiction between the rapid growth of public demand and the relative shortage of public services has become increasingly prominent.Therefore,the demand on the quality and innovation of public services is becoming more and more urgent.As a movement to promote government reform,the "Internet + government affairs" plays an important role in the public service innovation.In this paper,through the research in the related fields at home and abroad,the investigation and literature review,my own work was combined.Hohhot as the capital of Inner Mongolia was taken as the object.Through the Internet+Govemment" Theory,Public Service Theory and other scientific theories,combining the application of the " Internet + government affairs " in the field of public services in Hohhot,the problems existing in the public services in Hohhot were analyzed and the related countermeasures were put forward.
