Diabetes is a very common phenomenon with the development of living standard in our society,we should detect the abnormal blood glucose or monitor blood glucose,which is significant to prevent diabetes and a series of complications.Invasive testing or minimally lead the diabetic patients suffer great pain of body and mind.Therefore,self-test of noninvasive blood glucose detection technology has a better prospect of application.There are many types of noninvasive blood glucose detection methods.Due to the reliability and stability of the electromagnetic wave method to detect glucose concentration,so this article research is supported by electromagnetic wave test.Noninvasive blood glucose measurement research starts late in China,the major research is university research.In recent years,Tianjin university,Beijing university,Tsinghua university,Xi 'an jiaotong university,Chinese academy of sciences,Hefei intelligent machinery research institute,China Medical University and Third Military Medical University conduct the basic research of noninvasive blood glucose detection based on the optical spectrum technology.Huang LAN and other people used the technique of near-infrared diffuse reflection spectrometry,and the study of blood sugar concentration was carried out by using the Fourier transform spectrometer.In addition,moshi and other people have established the mathematical model of hypoglycemic test based on spectrometry,a mathematical model of non-invasive test of blood sugar was established.The use of electromagnetic waves for noninvasive blood glucose detection in foreign countries mainly is microwave frequencies.Such as Y.N ikawa and others of Kokushikan university in Japan have made in-depth research on microwave test,they found that higher than 30 GHz electromagnetic wave for human tissue,dielectric loss performance as the main factors.However,noninvasive blood glucose detectionsbased on electromagnetic waves do not mention the electrodes' size and shape,which have an influence on the test results,so the research content of this topic putting forward are as follows:1.Analysis the current status of global diabetes and its harm,and the research status of noninvasive blood glucose detection technology and achievements,focus on noninvasive blood glucose detection method based on the electromagnetic wave.2.In view of the foreign existing noninvasive blood glucose detection based on electromagnetic waves at high frequencies,working frequency of the wearable device with more frequent contact with the body should be within the scope of the security,at the same time,test spectrum should be established by the method of experimental.3.Noninvasive blood glucose research abroad based on the electromagnetic wave choose S11 or S21 parameters as the research object,this study do comparative analysis of S parameter to select the proper S parameter.4.The existing noninvasive blood glucose detection based on the electromagnetic wave do not consider the influence of electrode size and shape on the test results,through comparing the S parameter of the different size and different shapes of electrodes in the simulating blood sugar solution to determine its effect on blood glucose testing.5.Using Libsvm algorithm classify the S parameters ofdifferent size and different shapes of electrodes and verify the correctness of the experimental results.The results of this research: Selectingthe testing frequency and S parameter according to the experiment scheme,and carrying on the experiment of electrodes with different shapes and sizes,experimental data shows the electrode shape,size have an influence on the S parameters.Besides,the shape and size of the electrodes show a certain pattern of the S parametersand the test results are ideal.Using the SVM classification algorithm verify the S parameter,the design of classifier can sort out right the S parameters belonging towhich size and shape of electrode,thus it explains the experimental results are correct,which proves that the size and shape of the electrode have an effect on the noninvasive blood glucose detection.The suitable shape and size of the electrode are designed in the future when use the S parameter for the non-invasive glucose test,which is of practical significance to the improvement of non-invasive blood glucose detection accuracy.
