Objective:Analyze the characteristics of hematological system involvement in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)and to explore its clinical significance. Methods:The clinical data of 334 cases of SLE patients were prospectively collected and analyzed,Data source for Chinese Rheumatism Data Center, the patients were divided into hematological system involvement group and no hematological system involvement group,The correlation between hematological system involvement and clinical index, laboratory index and disease activity of SLE was analyzed.Data were analyzed by SPSS20.0.Results:(1)334 patients with SLE were included in the study area, including 311 female patients and male patients with a total of 23 patients. In SLE patients,213 cases(63.8%)patients with hematological involvement,49.1% were anemia,32% with leukopenia and 18.6% with thrombocytopenia,Single blood cell reduction accounted for 35.9%,more than two and two line damage accounted for 27.8%.(2)Compared with the group without hematological system involvement, the proportion of rash, ulcer and inflammation in the blood system group was significantly increased, the difference was significant(P<0.05).(3)In SLE patients, elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rate, decrease in complement C3,anti double stranded DNA antibody and anticardiolipin antibody positive rate of hematological involvement group was significantly higher than that of non hematological involvement group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)There was a significant increase in the number of mild, moderate and severe cases of the disease in the blood system group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hematological system is one of the most frequently involved SLE patients, anemia is the most common;hematological system involvement in SLE patients with abnormal immune indicators, disease activity is more obvious.
