| Objective:To evaluate clinical effects of robotic low anterior resection and laparoscopic low anterior resection. Methods:Databases including Pubmed 、 OVID 、 Springer 、 Wanfang and cqvip were searched for studies that compared clinical outcomes of R-LAR and L-LAR,and RevMan 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis.Results:Seven studies were included in the analysis, comparing 1126 patients(592R-LAR,534 L-LAR).R-LAR was associated with longer operation time(MD =33.84,95%CI:4.25~63.43,P =0.03),lower conversion rate(OR=0.10,95% CI[0.03~0.36],p<0.05)and higer harvested lymph nodes(MD=1.24,95% CI [0.31~2.17],p<0.05).Estimated blood loss、total hospital stay and distal margin of R-LAR were similar to L-LAR.Conclusions:Compared to L-LAR,R-LAR was associated with longer operation time、lower conversion rate and higer harvested lymph nodes。... |
