| Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical effect of low body mass indexl using small incision radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer,and to explore its clinical application value.Method:In order to do the research,we select the Clinical medical records of 45 eases by adopting the method of directly through small incision and 50 eases by adopting laparoscopic-assisted distal gastrectomy for the gastric cancer were operated in The first affiliated hospital of nanchang university general surgery,between January 2015 and December 2016.We collect the two groups of patients with preoperative information,time of operation,digestive tract reconstruction,intraoperative blood loss,length of incision,postoperative anal exhaust time,postoperative hospitalization days,perioperative complications,the shortest distance measuring resection specimens cut edge from lesions,statistical resection of lymph node,the number of patients with postoperative pain degree,hospitalization expenses.Result:Compared to two groups patients by adopting the method of directly through small incision and laparoscopic distal gastric cancer radical approach,the age,gender,body mass index,preoperative TNM staging no statistically significant difference(P<0.05),All eases directly through small incision distal gastric cancer radical surgery in patients with process smoothly,no operative deaths,Although directly through small incision distal gastric cancer radical surgery group a long incision,but less time of operation,postoperative anal exhaust time,hospitalization expenses(P<0.05).There is no difference in number of lymph node excision,less blood loss,postoperative pain score,eating semifluid of time,postoperative hospital stay,perioperative complications.Conclusion:Low body mass index(BMI)in patients with gastric cancer using small incisiondirectly the safety of the line in the distal gastric cancer radical surgery,radical and minimally invasive and effective short-term effect similar to that of laparoscopic assisted distal gastric radical,but obviously shorten the operation time and hospitalization costs significantly reduced,it is worth the hospital widely promoted and Application. |
