| Objetive:To understand the maintenance hemodialysis patients blood pressure variability characteristics in the process of dialysis,to explore the risk factors influencing the blood pressure variability in dialysis.Methods:Eighty ESRD patients on maintenance hemodialysis patients for more than three months were enrolled and analyzed retrospectively.Calculate the systolic and diastolic blood pressure absolute change.Dialysis systolic and diastolic BPV were expressed with blood pressure absolute change.Patients were divided into four groups according to quartile of the blood pressure absolute change.The possible influencing factors such as weight,age,dialysis duration,sex,dialysis frequency,pre-dialysis systolic blood pressure,pre-dialysis diastolic blood pressure,RBC,hemoglobin,total protein,albumin,pre-dialysis urea nitrogen,pre-dialysis uric acid,pre-dialysis creatinine,carbon dioxde combining power,blood calcium,phosphorus,alkaline phosphatase,entire section parathyroid hormone,ferritin and other indexes were analyzed,and the comparative differences between groups.Systolic blood pressure variability and diastolic blood pressure variability in the process of dialysis of multiple regression analysis.Results:maintenance hemodialysis patients with SBPV overweight,dialysis age,predialysis systolic blood pressure,total protein,Pre-dialysis diastolic blood pressure,red blood cell count,pre-dialysis uric acid,carbon dioxide binding force,blood calcium,phosphorus,iron,protein and comparison between the four groups were no statistical difference.The higher SBPV group,the lower the level of Alb,predialysis creatinine and urea nitrogen and the higher the i PTH,comparison between the four groups was statistically difference(P < 0.01).Dialysis duration,blood calcium,i PTH,Alb,pre-dialysis SBP,weight,ultrafiltration volume were independent influential factors for intradialytic systolic BPV.Weight,i PTH,ultrafiltration volume,pre-dialysis SBP were independent factors and a positively correlation(P<0.01).Systolic BPV Alb and blood calcium were independent factors and a negative correlation(P<0.01).Ultrafiltration volume,individualized ultrafiltration rate,hemoglobin,blood calcium,phosphorus,i PTH were independent influential factors for intradialytic diastolic BPV(P < 0.01)。 individualized ultrafiltration rate,phosphorus,i PTH were independent factors and a positively correlation(P<0.01).Diastolic BPV hemoglobin,blood calcium,Ultrafiltration volume and were independent factors and a negative correlation(P<0.01)。Conclusion:Dialysis duration,blood calcium,i PTH,Alb,pre-dialysis SBP,weight,ultrafiltration volume were independent influential factors for intradialytic systolic BPV 。 Ultrafiltration volume,individualized ultrafiltration rate,hemoglobin,blood calcium,phosphorus,i PTH were independent influential factors for intradialytic diastolic BPV。... |
