Study On Clinical Trails Of Quality Elements Selection With AHP

Clinical trial is a key process before the application of new drugs,because it shows the result of drug’s availability and safety directly.Though there are many rules and laws,aim to standard the operation processes of clinical trials,actually,we still can find a little of patchy of qualities.We paid great attention on the quality of clinical trials since 7.22 in the year of 2015.With the complexity of the clinical trials and the elements,Choosing a suitable become a challenge.AHP is an analysis method as a combination of qualitatively and quantitatively.,and get a final result to evaluate the quality of the clinical trials via calculate.Finally,we can get the factors we need to evaluate the quality of trials.The thesis will offer the summary table of factors by using literature review and questionnaire survey.Then we’ll build the mathematical model to analysis the importance of each element.Finally,we can get 3 indicators which influence the quality greatly.We can bring these 3 indicators into the clinical trials of rhinitis to verified its’ quality.The understanding of the protocol、if the subjects take the medicine by the request of protocol、sets partitions of statistical analysis,from these 3 perspects,the conclusion what we can get is: rhinitis symptoms were significantly improved after take this medicine,and the quality of clinical trial meets the requirements of the State.We hope the result of this thesis will do some help to improve the quality of clinical trials,and do some help to the related researches in the future.
