| Purpose:To observe the first stage of the outcome of pressure sores.Research acupressure analysis of the effects of nursing interventions in different parts of I pressure sores.And provide the basis for the reference of pressure ulcer care programs or TCM Specification.Methods:From March to August in 2016,27 patients with stage I pressure ulcer were treated as control group,Implement regular care.2016 years in September 2017 admitted to our hospital 24 cases of stage I pressure ulcers patients as the observation group,on the basis of conventional care with traditional Chinese medicine nursing measures of acupressure.Acupoint massage points of choice,including the body acupoints and local selection points.Body selection points:Zusanli(bilateral),Sanyinjiao(bilateral),Hong Leong(bilateral),air sea,Guan Yuan.Local selection points according to the different parts of the pressure sores,in the pressure of the same meridian parts,through the acupoints 2.Sacrococcygeal foot is part of the sun bladder,can be part of the choice of support,rank edge points;Heel is part of the foot of the sun through the bladder,local selection of Kun lun,tarsal acupuncture points;Hip belongs to the foot Shao yang gallbladder,can be local choice home,ring jump points;Foot ankle is enough Shao yang gallbladder,local selection of Yang,knee Yang Guan points;Foot inside the ankle is the foot Shao yin kidney,can be selected according to the sea,too River acupuncture points.According to the meridian note,this study selected 9:00-11:00 am and 15:00-17:00 afternoon acupuncture massage.Each time for 1 minute per hole.Selection of massage means referring to the law.Daily records of the implementation of the nursing measures,the pressure ulcer area and pressure ulcers scales for healing scoring.The observation period was 14 days.Results:This study,51 patients were observed,the observation group of 24 cases,27 cases of control group.The total effective rate was the cure rate,the effective rate.The observation group total effective 20 cases,invalid in 4 cases,the control group total effective in 9 cases,invalid in 18 cases.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.01,with statistical significance.In the observation group,19 cases were cured,the healing time was(7.16 + 3.82)days,in the control group,8 cases was cured,the healing time was(7.38+ 3.85)days.P>0.05,no statistical significance.The two groups were compared with the cure time,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.In the observation group and the control group,the recovery time was 42.1%and 50%at 4-7 days respectively.Conclusions:This study by adding the acupoint massage TCM nursing based on routine nursing with Ziwuliuzhu theory for stage I intervention,improve the total effective rate of pressure ulcer.The average recovery time of I pressure sore is about 7 days,and the recovery time is mainly concentrated in 4-7 days. |
