Problems And Countermeasures Of The New Rural Cooperative Medical System

Since the 20 th century,80 years later,all of our farmers on the cooperative medical care satisfaction is relatively high.However,gradually "due to disease caused by poverty","due to illness back to poverty" phenomenon more and more prominent.In order to solve these problems,in October 2002 the state proposed to "gradually establish a major disease co-ordination of the new rural cooperative medical system." After a year,since 2003,the country began in various regions of the new rural cooperative medical system pilot work,Hebei Province,the new rural cooperative medical system work also began in 2003 pilot.In this nearly ten years of development process,the new rural cooperative medical effectively alleviate the rural residents of the medical security issues.Rural residents as the main body of participation,its satisfaction will directly affect the new rural cooperative medical system to promote and develop.In order to understand and evaluate the satisfaction degree of Hebei farmers' participation in the new rural cooperative medical system,and how to influence the satisfaction of the peasants,and to further promote the sustainable development of the new rural cooperative medical system,the study was carried out.This paper analyzes the current situation of hospitalization compensation of Lushan City and its view on the new rural cooperative medical system,to understand the impact of the new rural cooperative medical system on the burden of medical expenses and medical treatment,and to explore the effect of the new rural cooperative medical system to alleviate the "difficult to see a doctor",To further improve the relevant policies to promote the sustainable development of new rural cooperative scientific basis.This paper first introduces the current situation of the new rural cooperative medical system through literature analysis,and analyzes the effect of the new rural cooperative medical system to alleviate the economic burden of the peasants,and puts forward the possible defects and shortcomings of the new rural cooperative medical system.Secondly,through the method of empirical analysis,the establishment of poverty indicators and the new rural cooperative relief effect indicators,the new rural cooperative medical care to reduce the effect of analysis.On this basis,it analyzes whether the new rural cooperative medical system has played a substantial mitigation effect on the economic burden of the peasants' medical expenses,especially the economic burden of major diseases,so as to determine whether the implementation of the new rural cooperative medical cooperatives has achieved the expected goals.Finally,it is also an important purpose to write the system optimization proposal.Through the analysis of the effect and the defects and the shortcomings,combined with the current situation of the development of the new rural cooperative in China,the possible suggestions are given to provide reference for the development of the new rural cooperative development.
