| With the Accelerated Rhythm of life and the increases of working pressure at present,incidence of cardiopathy was steady rise and became younger,it came to be chief thread for people’s life. The resources of hospital hardly transform to faced the increasing remedial requirment of cardiopath over short period, therefore,how to effectively exploit medical resources to active and control the cardiopathy is a burning problem which need to be solved. The technology of remote monitoring and ECG signal automated analysis can work out this problem to a certain degree,it is the most popular areas of medical information research, but because of the lots of sensors’using,the mass data isproduced by medical information system.These are new opportunity and challenge to effectively collect,store,manage these data and automated analysis and data mining their potential value.This dissertation design the remote monitoring system based on cloud computing which adopt data transmission,data storage and management and ECG signal automated analysis as three core constituent part to content the need of remote monitoring and mass ECG signal data automated analysis. This system have a Adaptive Real-time ECG data Transfer Protocol(ARETP) which can adaptive transport ECG data according to condition of patient’s and network environment. This protocol is located in application layer and Applicable in the 3G,WiFI,Bluetooth and Wired Internet,it can transport data with efficiency using network bandwidth on sensors,mobile device,data processing platform and PC client;Aim at the problem of mass data which is pruduced by a large number of sensors.this paper adopt HDFS and HBase to construct elastic solution of data storage and management,mean while,the system have been designed access control mechanism and open API convenitent for using and extending data; This article employs different analysis algorithm depending on different properties of mobile device and data analysis platform in ECG sigal automated analysis, the modified Pan-Tompkins algorithm is used on mobile device,furthermore,the time series signal sereach algorithm based on R-NN was inlet on the data analysis platform and coded by MapReduce. In order to remedy the shortage in Real-time capability of Hadoop,The CUDA is applied to realize ECG signal sereach algorithm,the system achieve the purpose of tentative diagnosis to provide a ECG signal automated analysis platform which can extend and improve readily with this approach.For testing the performnace of the system,this paper carried out stability,accuracy,real-time and extendibility experiment. the result show our system is able to meet the need of multi-access,multi-sensor,mass data and real-time ECG signal automated analysis and have superior value of researching and promition. |
