| The concept of frustrated Lewis pairs has been rapidly becoming the focus of research since Stephan’s first presentation in 2006,and has made many breakthroughs in non-metallic catalytic hydrogenation and many other fields.The reaction is environmentally friendly,no heavy metal residues and other characteristics,in line with the requirements of green chemistry,with potential prospects for industrial applications.This paper has carried out the related research on the frustrated Lewis pairs in the field of nonmetallic catalytic hydrogenation.The specific contents include the following three chapters:In the first chapter,the concept and classification of frustrated Lewis pairs were introduced.Secondly,the research progress of frustrated Lewis pairs in the field of catalytic hydrogenation and activation of small molecules was introduced as well as the possible reaction mechanism of catalytic hydrogenation,and finally clarified the research content and significance of this subject.In the second chapter,a series of frustrated Lewis pairs derived from ferrocene skeleton were designed and synthesized according to the existing working basis of the relevant literature and task group.The target compounds were obtained by the Foucurylation reaction,cyclization reaction,double bond reduction and carbonyl reduction,acetylation,substitution reaction with the starting material of ferrocene.In the third chapter,a series of frustrated Lewis pairs derived from a series of ferrocene skefactant were synthesized and used to catalyze the hydrogenation of imine derivatives.The optimum catalysts were selected and their reaction conditions were optimized.Followed by screening the preferred catalyst for the synthesis of the antidepressant sertraline hydrochloride intermediate.And finally put forward the possible reaction mechanism. |
