Objective:The objective of this study is to search for the related factor of body sensory disorders in non-motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease. And make a preliminary discuss on the connection between the related factors. Methods:Refer to the case histories of 190 patients which hospitalized in the first affiliated hospital of Kunming medical university from the January 1,2014 to December 31,2016.Dividing them into three groups of having pain or not, having numbness or not and having weakness or not.Record their gender, age, age of onset, length of hospital stay, duration, initial symptom, smoking, drinking and merge diseases.Using SPSS to proceed test, which including two sample t-test,the median inspection, the Mann-Whitney U test, four table chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis, between the groups and all kinds of related factors.P<0.05 suggests that the difference was statistically significant. The results will be reveal in tables and figures. Results:Smoking is positively correlated with physical pain feeling of Parkinson’s disease[(P = 0.003 OR = 0.003(1.417 6.690)].Hypertension and hypokalemia are related to the numbness of Parkinson’s disease[P=0.027 OR=0.333(0.121-0.917),P=0.037 OR=2.463(1.038-5.847)].The type of initial symptom correlates with limb weak:ness of Parkinson’s patients[P=0.000].Smoking is an independent influence factor of physical pain of patients with Parkinson’s disease[P=0.005,OR=3.054(1.405-6.637)].Hypertension and hypokalemia are independent factors of numbness of Parkinson’s disease[P=0.026,OR=0.311(0.111-0.873),P=0.023,OR=2.826(1.157-6.903)].The type of initial symptom and the length of hospital stay are independent factors of weakness feeling of Parkinson’s disease[P=0.042,OR=1.129(1.005-1.269)].Conclusions:Patients with Parkinson’s disease more likely to merge physical pain,if they have smoking history.Patients combined hypertension will less likely to occur numbers.Patients combined hypokalemia will more likely to occur numbers. The type of initial symptom and the length of hospital stay correlate with the symptom of weakness feeling.
