Objective:1.To compare intra-glissonian dissection (?group) with extra-glissonian sectional method (? group) selective Hepatic vascular occlusion method in effect of hepatic surgery.2.To discuss extra-glissonian sectional method in hepatectomy is safe, reliable, and controlling the indications. Methods:Retrospective analysis of 55 patients at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from 2010 to 2016 through two kinds of liver blood flow control method for laparoscopic hepatic surgery concluding Glissonean anatomical method (?group) with 27 cases and Glissonean pedicle transaction approach with 28 cases (?group), compared this two groups of patients with preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative data, measurement data using t test, counting data by chisquare test. Results:According to two groups of patients with preoperative data (including age, sex, blood routine, liver function, Child-Pugh, resection range), there was no significant differences between this two groups (P>0.05); The operation time and Ischemia line time of group II were significantly less than group I (P<0.05); Group II have shorter hospitalization time(p < 0.05). The group II tansformed into group I .Conclusion:1 .Laparocsopic Glissonean pedicle transaction approach in hepatectomy has more shorter operation time and Ischemia line time, and easier than Glissonean anatomical method.2.Laparoscopic Glissonean pedicle transaction approach in hepatectomy is reliable and feasible, but we should choose appropriate case when it should choose corresponding blood vessel blocking method according to specific circumstances.
