vinegar processed one have the effect of liver protection,and the vinegared one is more obvious;HPLC-MS analysis method was used to determine the prototype metabolites content about bile,urine and feces.The results showed that Schisandra chinensis and the vinegar processed Schisandra chinensis prototype eduction body outside of the drug is less.Compared to the discharge of urine,feces and effect of the vinegar processed one is more protent than Schisandra chinensis,it illuminates the relevancy effect of "vinegar system to the liver".Ten possible biomarkers were fined out to guide clinical rationally and effectively.The chemical constituents study,pharmacodynamics study,exogenous metabolic product study and the metabolomic study were clarified the connection of material foundation change and exogenous metabolites change,the system of endogenous and exogenous metabolic products and the relevancy effect of "vinegar system to the liver".Which explain the effect of protecting liver mechanism about Schisandra chinensis after vinegar processed one.and guide the clinical drug use safely,effectively and rationally.This topic is in the establishment of plasma metabolomics on the basis of the method.Use the traditional pharmacology index and the metabolomic research to reveal the biochemical changes.And provide the new idea and vision of the mechanism research and drug effect.The results showed that the metabonomics technology have a great potential in the early diagnosis of liver disease,which can provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis.It is very worthful for further study.
