Prevention And Treatment Of Oxaliplatin Neurotoxicity By Of Clinical Research

Objective: Through the clinical application of Qigui Tongluo side internal and external wash,to observe its treatment of oxaliplatin caused by neurotoxicity in the efficacy.Such as the classification of neurotoxicity in patients and the improvement of clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine,the improvement of quality of life and the occurrence of adverse reactions,So as to provide some theoretical and clinical support for the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on neurotoxicity induced by oxaliplatin chemotherapy and provide reference for further study.Method:70 cases of gastric cancer,colorectal cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,35 cases of each group of cases.All patients underwent chemotherapy with oxaliplatin.The control group received chemotherapy only,the observation group in the first day of chemotherapy to the Qigui Tongluo side of the service plus external wash,in the first 3,4 cycles of chemotherapy during the continuous taking 2 cycles.Control group oral administration of mecobalamin tablets 0.5mg,3 times a day,treatment with the observation group.The incidence of neurological toxicity(incidence and severity)was recorded after the end of the study.The TCM syndrome score and quality of life score of the patients after the end of chemotherapy were recorded and the safety of Qigui Tongluo recipe was observed and evaluated.Results: A total of 70 cases were included in the control group 2 cases due to replacement,termination of chemotherapy regimen and off,the observation group 1 case due to vomiting taking traditional Chinese medicine to stop observation.33 cases in the control group and 34 cases in the observation group.(1)There was no significant difference in the incidence of neurotoxicity between the observation group and the control group after 2 cycles(P> 0.05).The neurological toxicity of oxaliplatin was increased after 3 cycles and 4 cycles.The incidence of neurotoxicity in the observation group was statistically different from that in the control group(P <0.05).(2)After 4 cycles of chemotherapy,the neurological toxicity of the two groups was 9 cases in the control group,10 in grade 1,7 in grade 2,4 in grade 3 and 2 in grade 4,34 in the observation group,22 cases in the control group,8 in grade 1,3 in grade 2,1 in grade 3 and 0 in grade 4.Statistical analysis showed that the severity of neurotoxicity in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(3)In the traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms,the observation group markedly effective in 13 cases,effective in 11 cases,ineffective in 10 cases;control group markedly effective in 3 cases,effective in 7 cases,ineffective in 23 cases,the statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group.(4)The incidence of myelosuppression in the observation group and the control group was not statistically significant(P> 0.05),the occurrence of myelosuppression or chemotherapy.There were no adverse events in the patients.Conclusion:Qigui Tongluo combined with both inside and outside can significantly reduce the incidence of oxaliplatin neurotoxicity,reduce the incidence of neurotoxicity.Relieves patients with clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine.And Qigui Tongluo side wash + internal control effect is accurate,safe and reliable,have a good application prospects.
