Study On The Preparation Technology And Quality Standard Of Qushizhiyang Gel

Objective: To optimize the extraction process and molding process,to establish the quality standard of Qushizhiyang gel and investigate the stability of that product.To provide preparation for the pharmacological study and clinical application of Qushizhiyang gel.Methods: To select the best extraction process of herbs with orthogonal experiment.To choose the best matching of matrix accessory by central composite design-response surface method.The main herbs of recipe are identified by TLC;HPLC is used to determinate the contents of the effctive constituent.Forming quality standards of Qushizhiyang gel.To study the stability of Qushizhiyang gel by accelerated test.Results: The best extraction technology and forming process of Qushizhiyang gel has established.The quality standard of Qushizhiyang gels was established.Validity has determined.Conclusion: The method formed in this study,can be used to product and control the qulity of Qushizhiyang gel.
