Sural Nerve Nutrient Vessels Of The Flap In Repairing Skin And Soft Tissure Defect Achilles Tendons Of Postoperative Infection

Objective: Conclusion application of sural nerve nutrient vessels of the flap to repair the tendon of postoperative wound infection and the clinical curative effect of skin and soft tissue defect.To explore the clinical application of SNF technical characteristics.Means:Using SNF 10 cases of postoperative infections of skin and soft tissue defect of the tendon repair2016.06~2016.06.The donor flap area is larger than the district by an average of10%,In order to reduce skin tension after anastomosis.Used in intraoperative Doppler blood flow detector to detect flap pedicle determine its blood supply,tiffany department adopts open tunnel,arc retrograde transposition;In the separation of skin flap,rotating and metastases should be careful operation,avoid influencing flap blood supply.all transplanted tisssues survived,and after 6 months postoperative AOFAS score of 91.2±11.6(table 1),the supply and the function,appearance,structure is satisfied.Conclusion: application of SNF repair of Achilles tendon rupture of postoperative wound infection and skin soft tissue defect in the surface,the sural nerve nutrient vessels anastomosis SSV,constant,variable,artery blood supply adequate and reliable venous return mechanism,without sacrificing the trunk well-known artery,donor area shape although have the varying degree damage,but most can be directly suture,will the zone of proximal nerve anastomosis to SN,make feel obvious recovery,to improve the survival rate of skin flap,it is the ideal choice to repair skin and soft tissue defect of the Achilles tendon parts.
