Investigation Of Defecation Posture And Status Before Admission In Patients With Hemorrhoids And Its Correlation With Morbidity

Objective:Through collection of hemorrhoid patients in hospital information research to explore the bowel movement posture and defecation condition for the correlation of hemorrhoids sickness occurs,so that people know,through the correct defecation posture in order to reduce the incidence of hemorrhoids sickness.Methods:Randomly chosen from the cases included in the standard 300 patients,with the method of questionnaires,through to these patients defecation posture and defecation condition to conduct a comprehensive investigation and analysis,and to observe the correlation analysis and the influence of hemorrhoids sickness occurs.Results:Clinical observation showed that in hemorrhoid patients in hospital survey,different bathroom posture has correlation with bowel movement condition,and influence the occurrence of hemorrhoids sickness.Through the analysis of the investigation of 300 cases of hemorrhoids patients,hemorrhoids disease severity and defecate unobstructed degree have significant correlation(P<0.05),different bathroom posture and defecation time consuming,defecate unobstructed degree have significant correlation(P<0.05),and defecate time is more than 10 min hemorrhoid patients according to proportion significantly more patients with defecation time less than 10 min,not defecate unobstructed hemorrhoid patients proportion is obvious more than patients defecate unobstructed,and defecation posture and defecation frequency,excrement character no correlation(P>0.05).Conclusion:Defecation posture according to the survey and the status of the bowel and the occurrence of hemorrhoids sickness have direct correlation,and one of the most significant relationship is defecate time defecate unobstructed degree.By squatting defecation or sitting position during defecation lean forward Angle with the ground changed hours,can reduce the degree of defecation time and improve the defecate unobstructed,so can reduce the occurrence of hemorrhoids sickness.Through the understanding of this aspect,raise awareness of people habit,on postoperative patients with hemorrhoids disease prevention and control and guide adjustment best defecation posture,develop good bowel habits,provided the scientific basis,avoid postoperative recurrence is of great significance to improve the quality of people’s lives,but also reflected in the treatment without disease characteristics.
