Research Of The Relationship Between The Left Ventricular Configuration And Syndrome Types Of TCM With Primary Hypertension

Objective: To discuss the relationship between the left ventricular configuration change in UCG of the patients with primary hypertension and type of TCM based on syndrome differentiation,and so to find objective indicators of syndrome differentiation of TCM,also to provide the corresponding reference basis for clinical treatment.Method: Through collecting 100 clinical datas of patients with high blood pressure included in the standard.Including general informations,informations of syndromes investigation and the heart of color doppler ultrasound datas.Divided the patients into Getting Kang Cheng syndrome,kidney essence deficiency syndrome,Yin deficiency hand,kidney deficiency,blood stasis syndrome,phlegm and blood stasis and knot,and so on.Measurementing IVSD?LVPED?LVDD?LVESD to divide the left ventricular configuration into the normal configuration,centripetal refactoring,centripetal hypertrophy,annulare hypertrophy four configurations,so that analyzing the relationship between the left ventricular configuration and TCM syndrome type.Result: 1.Patients' blood pressure levels and age,course of the disease were positively correlated(P<0.05);2.Blood pressure and gender has no obvious correlation(P>0.05);3.The left ventricular configuration has no obvious correlation with age and gender(P>0.05);4.The left ventricular configuration has correlation with course of the disease and blood pressure(P<0.05);5.The RWT of centripetal hypertrophy,entripetal refactoring all higher than other configurations(P<0.05);6.The LVMI of centripetal hypertrophy,annulare hypertrophy all higher than other configurations(P<0.05);7.TCM syndrome types have no correlation with gender(P>0.05);8.TCM syndrome type distribution have correlation with age and course of the disease(P<0.05);9.TCM syndrome type and the level of blood pressure has obvious relevance(P<0.05);10.The doctor of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome associated with left ventricular configuration change(P<0.05);Conclusion: Primary hypertension patients with left ventricular configuration changes associated with TCM syndrome type,and deficiency syndrome changes more than empirical.
