The Study On The Law Of The Treatment Of Hypertension Prescription Medication Based On Association Rules

Object: By mining and analyzing the medicine treating Hypertension prescriptions with Association Rules,to summary of the characteristics in the treatment of Hypertension and main medicine and to evaluate the practicality of the rules,in order to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of Hypertension.Methods: Collected literature that meet the conditions on hypertension treated by traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions between 2003 and 2015,extracted data sets of the oral prescriptions,to establish hypertension prescription databases for the data source.Using SPSS Clementine12.0 data mining software to build data set by the drug composition of association rules,using Apriori algorithm to establish related data mining model,set the maximum number referred to the preceding paragraph is 5,10% of minimum support and 90% of minimum confidence level,and using the Web nodes of compatibility between drug combination for graphical display.Results: A total of 780 standard of internal prescriptions for the treatment of Hypertension and a total use of 229 kinds of drugs and total frequency of 7923 times.46 of which frequency was used in more than 50 times,accounting for 6298 times and 79.49 percent of the total frequency.The most frequently used kind in prescriptions was tonic medicine,and it was used 1790 times in total,accounting for 22.59 percent of the total frequency.It was followed by reducing liver drugs,activating blood and removing stasis drugs,antipyretic drugs,dampness-draining diuretic drugs,relieving drugs,tranquilizer drugs,antipyretic drugs,antirheumatic Chinese medicinal herbs,regulating Qi-flowing drugs.Through the analysis of the association rules to get 101 eligible rules in total,the mount of the rules for combination of the four drugs is 47,.and the mount of three drugs is 37.The most frequency drug appeared in all rules is gastrodin,including gastrodin rules referred to the preceding paragraph count for 36,and the number of consequent rule is 31,a total of 67.Conclusion: Gastrodin,uncariae rhynchophylla and achyranthes bidentata are the main medicine of hypertension treatment;tonic medicine and liver drugs occupy an important position in hypotension treatment;Through the analysis of the association rules we can see,the compatibilities between liver drugs,tonic medicine,activating blood and removing stasis drugs,antipyretic drugs are used quite extensively;and tranquilizer drugs have an important meaning of compatibility in hypertension treatment.
