The Treatment Experience Of Professor Zhang Minghe In Osteoarthritis Based On Data Mining

Objective:Using data mining technology,to explore Professor Zhang Minghe treatment of osteoarthritis syndrome differentiation,medication rules,in order to better inherit his academic thoughts.Method:To collect and sort out the cases of osteoarthritis treated by Professor Zhang Minghe,to extract relevant information of diagnosis and treatment,the database was established with “Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System V2.5”as a tool.Then by application of data mining methods involving the analysis,Apriori algorithm,unsupervised entropy of hierarchical clustering and the entropy clustering method of complex system and so on,to analyze the prescription of Professor Zhang for the treatment of osteoarthritis.Results:Frequency statistics show that 100 patients with symptoms and signs of the top five is the joint pain,joint swelling,neck and back pain,adverse joint activity,morning stiffness;221 prescriptions involving 78 Chinese herbs,the use of the frequency of the top ten is Sargentgloryvine stem,Radix angelicae pubescentis,Radix cyathulae,Notopterygium incisum,Polygonum cuspidatum,Tripterygium wilfordii,Honeysuckle,Cassia twig,Radix Aconiti Preparata,safflower,belong to 12 drug categories,mainly for antipyretic,antirheumatics,Blood circulation drugs.Four gas analysis of drugs :warm is the most widely used.Gomi analysis of drugs: bitter,pungent and sweet drugs are common.Meridian analysis of drugs:liver and spleen are common.The association analysis result shows the herbs' compatibility mode and integral formula.Using the complex system entropy clustering method,10 potential drug combinations were obtained and evolved into 5 new prescriptions.Conclusion:Through data mining technology can be summarized Professor Zhang Minghe treatment of osteoarthritis mainly use of antipyretic,antirheumatics,Blood circulation drugs and other effects of drugs,and sums up the basic party,embodies the basic treatment of heat clearing and detoxicating,expelling wind and dampness,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
