| The article adopts orthogonal experimental design,High Performance Liquid Chromatography is used to comprehensively evaluate with the yield rate of paeoniflorin and berberine hydrochloride as indexes,so as to select extraction process of Yishen Huogu Pill,confirming the optimum preparation process,and establishing quality standard of raw materials and preparations.During the research on preparations quality standard,the microscopic identification method is used to identify safflower carthamus in prescription;thin layer chromatography is used to identify Astragalus membranaceus,vinegar rhizoma corydalis and golden cypress;High Performance Liquid Chromatography is used to determine the content of paeoniflorin and berberine hydrochloride.It can be seen from the initial stability test that the product is stable in quality after it is placed for 6 months under the condition of room temperature.It can be seen from the preliminary pharmacodynamic experiment that Yishen Huogu Pill can improve the differentiation and maturation ability of osteoblast,promote osteoblast mitosis,enhance proliferation ability of osteoblast of rat;it can be seen from the acute toxicity experiment that the product is safe with low toxicity. |
