A Preliminary Study Of Du Zhizheng'thoughts On Philosophy Of Medicine

Professor DU Zhizheng is one of the pioneers and founders of contemporary philosophy of medicine.Professor DU Zhizheng has constructed the substantial and general system of philosophy of medicine that is embedded in medical science,which is based on the scientific research of medical science and clinical practice.In this paper Professor DU Zhizheng's ideal of the philosophy of medicine would be analyzed with the situation of contemporary medical science as the foundation,and his system of ideals of the philosophy of science would be analyzed by medical humanism,medical technicism and medical ethic.As I have concerned,Professor DU Zhizheng has characterized the feature of the new medical humanism which adapts to the developments of the contemporary medical science by the acknowledgement of primary concepts of the medical humanism and the induction of the history of the development of medical humanism,also he has argued how medical humanism could apply to the medical practice,realize the ultimate virtue of the humanistic medicine and provide patients with humanized medical treatment.This paper also dissected the salient trait so-called " Subjectification of technology and Subjectification of capital " of contemporary medicine,by which we should agree that medicine couldn't without science and technology,coordinately medicine couldn't without persons who work on science and technology with good humanized qualification and moral,which emphasizes technology should be controlled by human.Meanwhile in this paper the medical ethic of Professor DU Zhizheng which contains three dimensions,virtue ethic as the core,technology ethic as the basic,interest ethic as the borderline,has been analyzed in detail,and the situation of the contemporary has also been dissected.The analysis in this paper points out that to construct medical moral we should formulate the combination of the virtue and norm,and put patients' interest in the first place,also the uplift of virtue ethic in the contemporary has been emphasized.Professor DU Zhizheng's ideal of philosophy of medicine has strong consistency and practicality,which provides feasible guide to understand the doctor-patient contradiction and establish harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
