Topic Basis: Decoction has thousands of years of history in china,which is the most important form of traditional Chinese medicine,but its defects also very obvious in modern today,such as time consuming decoction,not convenient to carry,uneven quality and efficacy and so on,this bring great inconvenience to patients.To solve this problems and promote the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine,there have been a variety of different forms of Chinese medicinal slices,such as ultra-slices,broken wall-slices,Dispensing Granules.However,due to the lack of reasonable intermediate supervision process and a unified quality standards caused the different dosage,different quality,different efficacy and so on between the modern dosage form.In 2016,Chen Shilin first proposed to use of standard decoction of Chinese medicinal slices to standardize the all different form of medicinal slices to improve the accuracy of traditional Chinese clinical medication.Standard decoction as an intermediate reference,its quality standards will also provide the basis be for all follow-up product quality standards making.Angelica,ephedra and honey-fried ephedra as a common traditional Chinese medicine,have a big consumption whether single or compound in the clinic,the development of its decoction quality standards can provide a reference for a variety of Chinese medicines.The comparison between ephedra and honey-fried ephedra also can provide new information for the processing of Chinese medicine.Objectives: Prepared the standard decoction of angelica,ephedra and honey-fried ephedra by referring to the method in "Research strategies in standard decoction of medicinal slices",established theie quality evaluation system,put forward advice for the standard formulation of three medicinal slices decoctions.Analyze the difference between the standard decoction of ephedra and honey-fried ephedra combined with experiment of their cellular pathways,to explore the difference of their efficacy and the basis of this efficacy.Methods:(1)The establishment of standard decoction quality evaluation system: selected 15 batches of Chinese medicine which through the pharmacopoeia detection to prepared corresponding standard decoction,measured the PH value of decoction and remove 50 mL evaporated to calculate the rate,with high-performance liquid determined the content of index component and calculated the transfer rate.Collected the fingerprint and the found the main common peak,then identified it by mass spectrometry.(2)the difference between ephedra and honey-fried ephedra: Compared the difference of he content of index component and fingerprints between ephedra and honey-fried ephedra,combined with their efficacy-related cell experiments,search for pharmacodynamic material basis.Results:(1)The pH value,the extract rate and the transfer rate range in 15 batches of Angelica is stable,the standard decoction of Angelica have a good uniformity,fingerprint similarity is greater than 0.9,matched and identified 11 major common peaks,identified components contained almost all the types of compounds found in angelica which means our fingerprint can fully reflect the quality of Angelica standard decoction.(2)The different individuals of ephedra have a great difference,the similarity of fingerprints at 260 nm was above 0.8,in this fingerprints,nine major common peaks were matched and eight of them were identified,suggested the recommended standard should be broadened.(3)the content of index component in ephedra and honey-fried ephedra is no significantly difference,the fingerprints and major common peaks of them are also same,the difference is the peak height.But cell experiments show that the honey-fried ephedra better than ephedra in the function of wheezing and immunosuppressive,honey is the main factor in this difference,but its own composition changes also played a role which can not be ignored.Conclusion: In this paper,according to "Research strategies in standard decoction of medicinal slices",prepared the standard decoction of angelica,ephedra and honey-fried ephedra,and investigated its process stability.Established their quality evaluation system by index component quantified and fingerprints qualitatived.Suggestions and reference were made to the quality standard of these three kinds of medicinal slices.Compared the difference of he content of index component and fingerprints between ephedra and honey-fried ephedra,combined with their efficacy-related cell experiments,proved the dominance of honey in honey-fried process.
