| With the rapid development of science and technology,social competition is becoming increasingly fierce,people’s life is getting faster and faster,vertigo as a common clinical syndrome,the incidence is increasing.For emergency detection of vertigo,there is an urgent need for a portable,wearable,embedded device.It is suitable for patients with vertigo in the use of emergency.Thus,it simplifies the diagnosis process,for the majority of patients with fast,automated detection and analysis,to help them confirmed as soon as possible.This article has designed and developed the hardware and software of the vertigo emergency detection device.For the specific requirements of eyeball structure,the light controller with hot plug functions is designed,using the infinite light to illuminate the characteristics of the eye.The position sensor is used to collect the head position of the patient after wearing the goggles and record the nystagmus video image with the HD camera.We choose a touch screen with natural characteristics of human-computer interaction as input device.In combination with the structure and communication mechanism of the processor,and with reference to the main components of the data manual,we designed a complete hardware circuit.Using the development platform and tools,we have developed the underlying device driver,compiled the kernel,and successfully transplanted the system to the target machine.In this paper,an effective and rapid localization algorithm of pupil center is designed.By using the pre-processing operation such as the region of interest extraction and the refraction point elimination of the eyeball image,the computational complexity is reduced and the image quality is improved.Then,the pupil boundary is detected by the Starburst model,and the pupil center is obtained by fitting the ellipse model.The software on the device provides a userfriendly interface that guides the physician to complete the examination for the emergency patient.By analyzing the recorded nystagmus video,the image processing algorithm is used to draw the real-time nystagmus curve on the screen.Based on the above,the physician can comprehensively analyze the detection results of vertigo.Device for the treatment of vertigo provides a reliable basis for detection,to achieve the intelligent detection of vertigo. |
