| Healthy lighting makes people gradually paying attention to working light environ-ment.In recent years,workers in the long-term high intensity lighting environment have been in physiological and psychological problems,which cause all kinds of safety accidents.It triggers a series of social thinking on enterprise working environment,work system,physical and mental health status.It is necessary to pay attention to the working environment,physiological needs and health and safety of assembly line workers.This paper is based on the National Natural Science Foundation "Research on dynamic light environment light exposure safety prediction based on the factory"(No.51378518)and the Key Issues "research on light environment adaptability of the factory has circadian and subtropical focus "(project number: 2016ZA02)and Project(CXTDX201601005)supported by funds for innovation team building,Chongqing Municipal Education Commission.It studies on the factory assembly line LED exposure stimulation effects on workers psychological and physiological factors,hoping to alleviate worker fatigue,concentration,improve sleep quality,ensure a healthy working environment and light workers.This paper is divided into six chapters.Chapter 1: Introduction.The background and origin of this thesis are discussed from three aspects: Industrial Development and current situation,development and present situation of LED lighting,and non visual effects.The research status at home and abroad is reviewed,and the purpose,content,object and method of the research are discussed.Chapter 2: The related theory research of the influence of exposure on human physiological and psychological factors.Based on the principle of light stress,this study investigated the changes of physiological and psychological indexes of human body under light stimulation,and found four characteristics of light stimulation: light intensity,time,spectrum and length of exposure.Chapter 3: Present situation and physical environment investigation of assembly workshop of electronic machinery manufacturing plant.Research is divided into two parts: preliminary research and targeted research.The overall situation of the factory was investigated in the early stage,and the latter was investigated by intention cooperation factory.After comparing the data with the typical factory data,the representative factory was chosen as the experimental cooperative factory.Chapter 4: Fatigue cycle test of assembly line workers in full artificial lighting environment.The physiological and psychological indexes of the line workers under the existing lighting environment were explored,and the trend of fatigue changes was put forward,which provided the basis for LED exposure stimulation experiments.Chapter 5: Effects of LED exposure stimulation on physiological and psychological effects of pipeline workers.The effects of different LED exposures on physiological and psychological indexes of pipeline workers were studied,and the possible factors were put forward,and some reasonable suggestions about lighting environment were put forward.Chapter 6: Conclusion and Prospect. |
