Clinical Study Of Perioperative Deep Venous Thrombosis In Elderly Patients With Fracture

Objective: With the accelerated pace of aging,China's elderly population is growing,due to physical function decline,slow response,while the elderly with more osteoporosis,a slight external force can lead to fractures.Deep vein thrombosis is a common complication in elderly patients with fractures,seriously affecting the quality of life of patients,serious life-threatening.It is of great clinical significance to prevent and treat deep vein thrombosis in perioperative period of elderly patients with fractures.Methods: 200 cases of elderly patients with fractures were selected to explore the relationship between fracture site,age,operation time,Caprini score,complication and prevention of drug use and perioperative deep vein thrombosis in elderly patients.Results: 1: Age: In this study,elderly patients with fractures were divided into two groups,one group between 65-74 years old,a group of 75 years of age and above.Statistical analysis showed that patients over 75 years of age with fractures of the formation of muscular calf vein thrombosis probability is higher.2: Sick parts: fracture of the elderly patients with fractures of the majority of hip fractures,pelvic fracture followed by the formation of muscular calf vein thrombosis of the higher probability.3: Caprini score: Because the patient is older,accompanied by complications,so most patients have more than 3 points Caprini score,are high-risk groups,it is recommended to give physical,drug prevention and treatment.4: Complications: associated with diabetes,hypertension,coronary heart disease in elderly patients with deep vein thrombosis than non-complications of patients with high,it is recommended perioperative physical,drug prevention and treatment.5: Surgery time: surgery more than 3 hours of patients suffering from muscular calf vein thrombosis greater risk,the best surgery in the shortest possible time to complete.6: Therapies: This study compared the efficacy and safety of low molecular weight heparin and rivaroxaban in the treatment of muscular calf vein thrombosis.The results showed that both of them were effective in the treatment of muscular calf vein thrombosis and prevented the development of DVT,But the effect of rivaroxaban slightly better than low molecular weight heparin,and no complications occurred.Rivaroxaban and has a good drug safety,worthy of clinical promotion.Conclusion: The age,gender,complication,fracture site and Caprini score of the elderly patients should be given physical prevention and drug treatment in the perioperative period.The rivavirban is more safe in the treatment of muscular calf vein thrombosis.
