The Curative Effect Of Acupuncture On The Treatment Of Post-stroke Dysphagia

Objective:Dysphagia is a common complication of stroke which can lead to malnutrition,aspiration pneumonia,electrolyte disorder and psychological barriers etc.It seriously affects the quality and the life cycle of the patients with cerebral apoplexy,so we must actively seek the effective treatment measures to restore patients’ swallowing function.Through a variety of treatment measures,the modern medicine have certain curative effect,but it is poor for the overall clinical effect which has many problems such as recovery slow,heavy economic burden and complex process,and it is difficult to meet the demand of modern clinical treatment.The traditional Chinese medicine especially acupuncture therapy has a certain advantage on the treatment of Post-stroke dysphagia,and it has a certain clinical endorsed of the clinical curative effect.The purpose of this study is confirmed that the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of the diseaseMethods: Total of 60 cases of dysphagia after stroke were divided into observation group and control group,each group including 30 cases,who were treated by acupuncture and nerve medicine in our hospital From June 2015 to June 2016.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment on the basis of the other.It continue to acupuncture 20 min each time,once per day,needle 10 days rest 3 days,a total of two courses of treatment.We would analysis of the two groups after treatment in patients with swallowing ability,clinical effect,the quality of life and neurologic deficits and TCM symptom score.Results: Before the treatment,the basic information of different groups of patients are roughly the same,and it has no significant difference.Two groups of patients’ swallowing function was used to evaluate by the kubota drinking water test,and the overall evaluation shows that the results of observation group of swallowing function is better than that of control group,and the difference has statistically significant.On the aspect of clinical therapeutic effect,the clinical efficient of the observation group is 83.3%,and it Is better than 53.3% on the control group,and it has statistical significance.On terms of quality of life score,the scale of the observation group after the treatment is(75.24±3.67),and it is significantly better than that of control group(63.25±4.19),and it has statistically significant.In terms of nerve function defect,the scale of the observation group is(3.36±0.71)after treatment,,and it is significantly better than that of control(5.25±1.19),and it has a obvious difference.In the aspect of TCM syndrome integral,the score of observation group was(11.64±2.71)which is lower than the control group(15.46±3.27),and the differences have a statistically significant.Conclusion: There has a clinical curative effect of acupuncture on treatment of dysphagiaafter stroke,which can effectively improve the patients’ swallowing function,improve the effect of clinical treatment,correct the nerve function defect,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the patient’s quality of life,and prolong the patient’s life cycle.
