Objective To evaluate the influential factors of clopidogrel resistance in patients with coronary heart disease treated after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)by thromboelastograph(TEG).Methods 158 patients with coronary heart disease treated with aspirin 300 mg and clopidogel 300 mg before PCI were examined with thrombelastography in the morning at the day of PCI.Clopidogrel resistance was defined as 2?mol/L adenosine diphosphate(ADP)-induced platelet aggregation inhibition rate<30%.The general clinical data, biochemical parameters and imaging characteristics were compared between theclopodogrel resistance group and non-resistance groups. The independent risk factors of clopidogrel resistance were explored by Logistic regression analysis. Results 78 patients were resistant to clopidogrel. The incidence of clopidogrel resistance after PCI was 49.4%.There were significant differences in gender ratio and history of diabetes between the two groups(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the biochemical parameters imaging characteristics between two groups(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis revealed that femal(P=0.003,OR=2.807,95%CI= 1.406~5.605)and history of diabetes(P=0.033,OR=2.061,95%CI= 1.059~ 4.011)were independent risk factors of clopidogrel resistance. Conclusion Femaleand diabetes might be risk factors of clopidogrel resistance in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.
