Research On Causal Reasoning Of Traditionnal Chinese Medical Diagnosis Data Based On Attribute Topology

At present,the thinking pattern of TCM syndrome differentiation is based on syndrome differentiation,syndrome differentiation and syndrome identification.The dialectical integration of eight classes,six viscera,substance,essence and characteristics of common law and dialectical.In this syndrome,the relationship between syndrome,syndrome elements and syndrome name has been widely and deeply studied,but the relationship between the syndrome elements is very little.Based on this,this paper puts forward a method to infer the causality of TCM diagnosis data based on attribute topology.It is hoped that through the analysis of the relationship between the syndrome elements in the traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic data.First of all,analyzing the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic data,according to the characteristics of the data and the input requirements of causal inference method,the original data set is pre processed in order to obtain high quality data feature set.Secondly,based on attribute topology,formal context and qualitative causal reasoning theory,a method of causal reasoning is proposed.The application of formal context and attribute topological theory to the inference of causal relationship is more efficient.Based on the relationship between the attributes of the topology,the inference method is used to analyze and infer the dependencies between attributes.The attributes of the attributes are removed to update the formal context,so as to infer the causal relationship among attributes.The algorithm is accurate,visual and easy to implement.Thirdly,after the preprocessing of the Chinese medicine diagnostic data set with the method of causal reasoning based on the attribute topology,we infer the causal relationship between the syndrome elements in the traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic data by the continuous removal of attributes and the update of attribute topology.Finally,by comparing the relationship between TCM syndrome elements,we analyzed and verified the potential cause and effect relationship between the syndrome elements.
